The KSR Altitude Head Pod is a compact sleeping unit that fits around your head and upper body, allowing you to sleep at simulated altitudes of up to 3,400m — without enclosing your entire bed. It's the most practical option for Australian summer conditions when a full tent isn't comfortable, or for athletes who share a bed.

You get the full physiological benefits of altitude sleeping — increased red blood cell production, improved oxygen efficiency, and better aerobic adaptation — in a more compact and manageable setup. The training mask is included so you can also add altitude intervals to your training sessions.
