Bike Fitting

New bike? Not comfortable? Get fitted.

A professional bike fit is one of the highest-return investments you can make as a cyclist or triathlete. Your position on the bike affects everything — power output, comfort, injury risk, and aerodynamic efficiency. Even small adjustments can make a significant difference over the course of a long ride or race.

Using a detailed, rider-focused approach we fine-tune your setup from the ground up — saddle height, fore-aft position, cleat alignment, handlebar reach, stack height, and postural mechanics. Every adjustment is made with your specific body, goals, and riding style in mind.

Are your bike handling skills holding you back?

Raw fitness will only take you so far. On technical courses, in a bunch, or on fast descents — bike handling skills are what separate confident riders from hesitant ones. Our 1-on-1 skills sessions are designed to help you ride smoother, safer, and faster regardless of your current level.

Sessions are fully personalised and can cover any combination of the following depending on your needs and goals:

  • Cornering technique — entry speed, line selection, and body position
  • Descending confidence — braking points, weight distribution, and reading the road
  • Bunch riding skills — holding your line, overlapping wheels, and riding in close proximity
  • Climbing technique — seated and standing efficiency
  • Emergency handling — obstacle avoidance and sudden braking
  • General bike control and confidence building
