We design and 3D print custom aero components for bikes that aren't in our standard range. If you own a specific TT or triathlon bike and want a cockpit or accessory engineered to fit it perfectly — this is where to start.

Our components are manufactured using PPA-CF — an industrial-grade carbon fibre-reinforced nylon with strength-to-weight characteristics comparable to metal. Everything is designed from scratch for your specific bike, your position, and your racing requirements.

How It Works

Step 1 — Tell us what you need
Fill in the form below with your bike details and what you're trying to achieve. Photos of your current setup are always helpful.

Step 2 — We confirm your specs
We'll come back to you within 48 hours to discuss compatibility, finalise dimensions, and lock in exactly what we're building — UCI category, groupset compatibility, and any specific requirements.

Step 3 — Invoice and production
Once specs are confirmed we'll send a Xero invoice. Production begins as soon as payment is received. Your component is printed, finished, and dispatched within 2–3 weeks.

Pricing

Custom orders are priced based on complexity and material requirements. Most custom cockpits fall in the $1,500–$2,000 range. Accessories and smaller components start from $50. Get in touch for a specific quote.

Lead Time

All custom orders are made to order. Allow 2–3 weeks from payment confirmation to dispatch.
